Accepted Payment Methods

Organixa provides secure, encrypted checkout options. We accept the following major payment methods for all purchases across our storefront:

Billing Currency & Charges

All prices listed on organixa.shop and all transactions are denominated and billed strictly in United States Dollars (USD - $). If your financial institution or credit card is based in another currency, the transaction total will be converted by your card issuer according to their daily currency conversion rate.

Payment Timing & Order Authorization

Your payment method is charged immediately upon placing your order at checkout. Once authorization is verified, our automated system generates an order confirmation receipt containing your itemized purchase details, billing summary, and unique order number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchasing, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@organixa.shop.

Price Transparency & No Hidden Surcharges

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing without hidden surprises:

• Taxes: No sales tax is added at checkout. The price displayed on each product page is the full, final price you will pay.

Security Screening & Fraud Prevention

All orders undergo automated risk analysis and fraud verification. In the rare event that your transaction requires further authorization, our support team may reach out to verify payment authorization before your order is fulfilled. Unverified orders are promptly cancelled and refunded in full.

Refund Processing

In accordance with our Return Policy, all refunds are credited directly back to the original method of payment used during checkout. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, refund processing is initiated within 5–7 business days. The time required for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer or banking institution.
