When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information is emailed to you automatically within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.
Why is my tracking number not showing updates yet?
Carrier systems may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect the initial scanning event after the package has left our fulfillment facility. If tracking still shows pending after 3 business days, please notify us.
What is the estimated delivery timeframe?
