Shipping Regions
Organixa ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden fees.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@organixa.shop.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@organixa.shop or +1-569-533-3242.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and household members first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Taxes
No sales tax is added at checkout. The price you see is the total price you pay.
