1. Returns

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Damaged or incorrect items can also be returned.
2. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
